Are there any specific requirements or compatibility limitations?
It all depends on the specifications of your yacht. Generally, yachts that are no more than 20 years old support the system smoothly.
How is my data secured?
YachtEye processes and stores your data safely and in an isolated manner without connecting to any cloud servers. That’s why we need to install a dedicated server onboard for YachtEye. Only you and your captain own access to all the data in YachtEye which is stored on the dedicated server on your yacht.
How do I install YachtEye?
Our team handles the installation process of YachtEye solely with your crew/ETO or management company. You don’t have to be involved in the process if you don’t wish to. We agree on the delivery date of the YachtEye package to your yacht, then it takes about a couple of hours for our technicians to install all the components onboard. Meanwhile, you can download the YachtEye iOS app, Android App.
